Delicious Lakeside Dining

The pizzeria by the lake served some of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. Each meal was freshly prepared, and the seating near the water made it a perfect spot for family dinners. We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and the prompt service.

Fantastic Pool Facilities

The variety of swimming pools was fantastic! My kids loved the slides, and I appreciated that there were quieter spots for relaxing. The pools were well maintained and the right temperature, making for delightful afternoons of swimming.

Awesome Kids' Activities

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel thanks to its stunning location by Lake Garda, which allowed for so many fun activities. While the rooms I experienced weren't in the cleanest condition and had some issues, the service was very attentive and family-friendly. The dining offered a great variety of food, though I wish breakfast had been more extensive. Overall, it was decent value for money, but there were some drawbacks that could be improved.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the center of town near the harbor, which made getting around easy. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown with cleanliness issues and outdated furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the service could be a little slow at times. I stayed at the Bella Italia Ortensia apartment and found it to be a clean and comfortable place, perfect for a family getaway. The location is excellent for visiting nearby attractions, but I found some aspects, like the swimming pools and general maintenance, could use improvement.
