Reviews and Ratings
I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel thanks to its stunning location by Lake Garda, which allowed for so many fun activities. While the rooms I experienced weren't in the cleanest condition and had some issues, the service was very attentive and family-friendly. The dining offered a great variety of food, though I wish breakfast had been more extensive. Overall, it was decent value for money, but there were some drawbacks that could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the center of town near the harbor, which made getting around easy. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown with cleanliness issues and outdated furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the service could be a little slow at times. Overall, it offered decent value for money, but I think some improvements are needed.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were smaller than expected for a four-star hotel and in need of renovations. The location was nice, being close to Peschiera del Garda, but the facilities could use some improvement. Overall, I think there are better options for the price we paid.
I stayed at the Bella Italia Ortensia apartment and found it to be a clean and comfortable place, perfect for a family getaway. The location is excellent for visiting nearby attractions, but I found some aspects, like the swimming pools and general maintenance, could use improvement. The dining options were decent, but overall, the experience offered solid value for money.
The hotel has an incredible location with stunning views of the lake, making it easy to explore nearby villages. While the rooms were clean, they felt a bit outdated and smaller than expected, and there was an unpleasant smell. The staff was generally helpful, but the rules around sunbed occupancy left something to be desired. Overall, it offers great value for money considering the beautiful surroundings and amenities.
I recently stayed at the Bella Italia Ortensia apartments and while there were some highlights, there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk to Peschiera and having easy access to local attractions. However, the rooms were quite small, and the service was a mixed bag. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its drawbacks.
I had a decent stay at the hotel with some highlights and a few downsides. The location is perfect, right by the lake and close to the town with plenty of dining options. The room was spacious enough for my family, though it did need some maintenance, and the service from the staff was generally friendly. However, the cleanliness of the common areas left a bit to be desired, and there were some issues with the dining options not being the best.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was quite nice, just a short walk along Lake Garda, and the staff, especially Pedro, were friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired—definitely not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. The dining options were passable, but I think there’s room for improvement. Overall, while the service and location were decent, the room quality and dining could use a serious upgrade.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful lake and nearby towns. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The service from the staff was friendly, especially towards those needing assistance. However, I found the dining options a bit limited and the pool area felt crowded at times. Overall, it's great value for money!
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying its great location by Lake Garda. The rooms were basic but served their purpose well. The service was friendly and eager to help, although they could have provided more information about local amenities. Overall, I found the place comfortable but not quite worth the price for the room.
